The response to this pastel paper has been phenomenal. Colourfix has a beautifully textured sanded surface. The Colourfix surface is extremely receptive to all pastels and holds layers and layers of color. Colourfix papers are sheets of 230lb acid free hot press paper that has been screen printed with Colourfix primer. The primer is acrylic based; so Colourfix can be used with watercolor, acrylic, and oil washes before you apply your pastel.
