For all global paper fans! One of our favorite scrap packs for collage and decoupage. The papers in these packs are picked by hand so you are sure to get a good selection every time. No two packs are alike but every pack is fabulous! You may get slices of chiyogami, marbled paper, Japanese tissue, mulberry based papers from Thailand and Korea, pieces of vintage maps, decorative mailing stamps..... every pack is a whimsical surprise!
