These gorgeous papers are dyed using the Shibori method, where papers or fabrics are folded, twisted. or crumpled and then dyed using different colors. In this case, mulberry paper is crumpled and then dyed using two different colors to produce beautifully colored momi (crumpled paper). Each sheet has a unique, random pattern! Hand made and hand dyed in Thailand. Great paper for bookmaking, collage, printmaking, shades, window treatments, paper sculpture, and all paper arts! Sheets measure approximately 22x33 inches.
